Using the floor as a canvas allows me to paint on a large scale, using acrylic paints and embellishing with colored pencils and calligraphy pens. The floors are inserts of ¾” high-density fiberboard with hardwood surrounds. My focus ranges from interpreting antique maps to decorative subject matter.
