A national award-winning, 4-star Mobil restaurant, reviewed in the NY Times, Gourmet, Food & Wine and Wine Spectator.

Designed HTML website, and wrote the database for 3,000+ upscale clientele. Developed e-mail marketing campaigns of European trips and cooking classes which increased class enrollment 45% over one season and a continued yearly increase. Developed e-mail blasters for specialty events which often sold out events in three days.

Initiated and developed Excel spreadsheets and macros to maximize work schedules and payroll programs; eliminating two part-time positions.
